How to practice English with Persian subtitles

Start with a short video you can mostly understand. Listen once for the main idea, then replay it with English text and Persian translation.

Choose one useful phrase. Compare the English and Persian in context: a phrase may translate as a group rather than word for word. Listen again and repeat the phrase aloud.

For example, “How are you?” means “حالت چطوره؟” in an informal greeting. Trying to match every word separately can hide the meaning of the whole question.

Finish by replaying the clip without reading the Persian translation. Save phrases you want to revisit after signing in.
